LVSugarfix does not negotiate rates and prices for private events. All prices and packages are set, however, additional hours can be added to any package. We can negotiate fundraiser percentages and/ or vendor fees based on the needs of the organization but this must be agreed upon by all parties prior to the event. LVSugarfix does except, cash, business checks and all major debit/credit cards.
No personal checks accepted. We also use PayPal Business to process debit/credit card payments.
A date for a private event cannot be held without a 50% deposit of the price quoted for your event and a signed Service Agreement. Service agreements are provided by LVSugarfix. The remaining balance owed to LVSugarfix will be due at the time of the event. NO EXCEPTIONS! LVSugarfix must be provided at least one (1) week notice for all events. Any event booked within the same week will be assessed a $50.00 fee and require the entire balance to be paid in full prior to your event. Events cancelled will be assessed 25% of the deposit fee and the remaining amount of the deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days. LVSugarfix reserves the right to refuse or deny service for a public or private event without cause.
LVSUGARFIX can travel to events through out the Las Vegas area. However, any event 25 miles or more from starting location of zip code 89031 will be assessed a mileage charge of $25.00
LVSUGARFIX is licensed and insured by the state of Nevada. Certificates of Insurance may be provided to customers upon request. We also have a Nevada health permit.
